We measure every wall, window and switch point. You get a measured drawing in 3 working days.

Weeks 2 to 3Design and 3D views
See each room in 3D before anything is made. Two rounds of changes are included.

Week 4Materials and fixed quote
Touch the real laminates, stones and handles. Then sign one itemised quote. It only changes if you add work.

Weeks 5 to 11Build and weekly updates
Our carpenters build in our workshop, then fit on site. Every Friday you get photos and a short note on WhatsApp.

Modular means the units are made as boxes in our workshop, then fitted on site. It is faster, cleaner and easier to repair later.

Questions
Before you book
Do you charge for the first meeting?
No. The 45 minute consultation is free, with no obligation.
Can I do just the kitchen?
Yes. Kitchens and wardrobes alone are about a third of our projects.
What if I change my mind during the build?
Small changes are fine. We price them on WhatsApp first and only build after you say yes.
How do payments work?
Four milestones: 10% to book, 40% at design sign-off, 40% when materials arrive and 10% at handover.
Do you work outside Bengaluru?
Not right now. We stay in the city so a site lead can visit every week.
What does the warranty cover?
10 years on woodwork against making defects, 1 year on fittings and finishes. DEMO terms.
